    Love if I have an issue, I don't have to take my computer and drop it off. They log on and clean it up. Plus getting a free 2 year warranty on every thing I buy has come in handy.

    Unless what you are buying is super cheap - always get the warranty from BB. I've had to use it to replace a TV and now will need it to replace a printer. Get what you can afford.. the most years they offer if you can. After the panel going out on my old TV, got a new one no issue. Hopefully will be the same when I take my printer in next week if they cannot fix it.

    I am very pleased with this service. I have used it many times & it is well worth the cost & satisfaction of this service. It is something I feel safe having and something I will continue to use. Very pleased as I am not that experienced in any technology and it helps to be able to go where experience counts & that is the Geek Squad protection.

    Actually had to use this on my $6000 Samsung which was 3 years old. Main board failed and it was not replaceable. Best Buy replaced it at no charge with the current equivalent model

    I got this protection plan for my mom's printer I got her as a gift. I am so glad I did because the printer stopped working. She took it in and geek squad located the protection plan in theor system and replaced the printer the same day.

    Usually don't get extended warranties but the ones from Geek Squad have been great when needed. They have always fixed the issue with less hassle than other warranties.

    Long time Best Buy customer. I prefer to investigate electronics in person and not buy sight unseen online. I also get accident protection and support services on my electronics, which means Geek Squad when buying at Best Buy. I always get value for my dollars. Staff has been good about discussing my options with me so I can make an informed decision about repair or replacement. It is not about just selling more product. I appreciate that. I have used Geek Squad in Massachusetts and Florida, and the knowledge level and customer service has been high in both places.

    Geek Squad has been great so far. I had them install all of my programs for my MacBook Pro and then went in for a session after it was all installed and had them do a quick tutorial on features because I have gone from years on PC products to Apple. I have also called them on the phone at night and had to wait a little longer than I would have liked but that is kind of the world today. They were responsive and answered my questions. It is good to have this protection, I have a small business and work from home, so I don't have readily available tech support.

    Knowing that my purchase is protected by such a solid plan gives me peace of mind for any issues that could occur. I haven't needed to use it but the plan covers so much I highly recommend getting on any expensive purchases. Better safe than sorry.

    I have never been one who takes a protection plan because I always thought I was throwing money away. For some reason, I bought the protection plan for my Logitech K800 keyboard. The plan was under $10. When the keyboard malfunctioned after 18 months, I realized that I had the protection plan. I took it to Best Buy thinking that they would fix it but they gave me the same keyboard brand new. Yes, I took the protection plan on the new one!

    Don't know why this is up for review for me, I have it on my printer but haven't needed it. I'm also pretty sure my dad or I can fix my stuff better than them but hey will save me the trouble, right? P

    I hope I don't have to use the replacement service. But if I do I trust it. And am glad I have it. Four years is a good deal. I also appreciate the two week return or replacement policy at Best Buy. it seems with sophisticated equipment anything can go wrong. It does and it did. Best Buy was good with it and now I have a product I can work with. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad.

    If you buy anything electronic from Best Buy and do not buy the Geek Squad protection you’re making a big mistake. Too many things can go wrong with electronics and the Geek Squad protection has your back.

    Was having trouble with my television oh, I called them first to help me troubleshoot the issue with it. After couple of times they realize that it was more of an internal issue, promptly sent out a technician to help resolve what I was going through with my television. Happy I mean to call I'm very satisfied with their work.

    For a very reasonable cost, we've always added Geek Squad protection to our PCs and laptops. When we've had an issue with our machines, and had to send them in for maintenance or repairs, the Geeks always handle the problem with complete courtesy, understanding and a fast return. In a couple of cases, they've done remote troubleshooting and repair of our machines so that we wouldn't have to take them in for service. A great option when purchasing a computer, completely worth the small additional price.

    One can't be too careful. And, it's always good to have extra protection for just in case something happens to your products! I wish Geek squad protection was cheaper and for longer periods of time covered AND money back if services not needed at the end of the warranty period. Or, if item breaks or messes up after the warranty, since the warranty wasn't previously used, then allow the warranty to cover the product anyways, post original warranty!

    The protection plan paid for a new product since it could be fixed. From the time my product was examined and by the time I got my product, it all took less than 2 weeks
