The inhouse with Quinton was excellent. He is knowlegeable and very helpful. Three phone calls were unhelpful and on two was told a printer would not work on 600mpbs which is completely misinformation. I was hung up on the last call and returned to store and returned the printer. Met Scott and he was a wealth of information and spent the time to help me. Will only use instore resources from here out. Below quality for phone 1 quality for instore 5

Normally don't do extended warranties however this was very reasonable and a full replacement is certainly worth the cost, especially for a full 4 years!

In this day and age it’s so nice to talk to a real person that you can trust! They cleaned off several spyware viruses on my computer and added their protection plan so if anything goes out I can just take it back to them to have it fixed.

I would definitely recommend Geek Squad. Nothing is worse than having computer problems, and you have to drag your computer into a shop and leave it. Many time Greek Squad just went on remotely and helped to solve the issue.

Compared to the standard Geek Squad Protection Plan, this option covers your device for a longer period of time and also includes accidental damage caused by mishandling or accidents, which is its biggest advantage. If you’re purchasing something like a laptop that you carry around frequently and plan to use for more than four years, this plan is definitely worth considering.

Setup was very simple via the HP Smart app. I like the styling and size of the printer. It looks nice.
