This thing exceeds all expectations. I knew when i picked it up it was going to be really good, but once i used it, i was just blown away.

Very good quality. Works well. Can use K-cups or a ground coffee or tea in a filler container. Set & forget timer for morning hot coffee ready when you are up.

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

The protection although I have not had to use of the most recent purchase has always been exceptional. when using the coverage in the past, I have been satisfied with the product replacement

Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. I wish they could make appts a bit speedier though. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. I like in a hard to reach place in the city. Apple products are hard to find a tech for.

Always make sure you are covered for the worst case scenario. Having a piece of mind is worth every penny. Reasonably priced for the duration is a no brainer for anyone planning on using an electronic device and getting their money's worth out of it...

This is without a doubt the main reason why I look to Best Buy for tech first. IF they got it and can add on a warranty for a decent, one time payment, warranty then I hardly even hesitate because at least I can go directly to them to replace it. Because you never know what could happen, especially if you're looking into buying something rather expensive.

Geek squad has replaces a Nintendo switch and $150 headphones. If you buy something for your kids, buy the protection!

Unfortunately, we have had to use the product replacement a couple of times. We were very impressed with how easy it was each time. We were prepared for a battle when doing the first return but were pleasantly surprised when the return/exchange went very peacefully. Thanks!

So convenient to be able to replace my printer if it breaks. Cuz printers are always breaking for some reason.

ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN FOR ANYTHING YOU BUY BECAUSE EVERYTHING STOP WORKING AND MOSTLY WHEN YOU ARE STILL IN THE PROTECTION DATE.

Let's see...4 year replacement if I am going to buy the product anyway and with the Geek Squad behind it? Yes and double yes. That should answer that one!

This think I ever did for my family When there is a problem the Geek squad will walk you thru anything or appear at your door. They are Best Buy angels.
