I always purchase protection with Geek Squad. Anytime I’ve run into “operator errors” they are always patient and help me walk through to the end. Guys in store are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I haven't had to use the geek squad yet, but having the extra coverage just gives me peace of mind in case anything goes wrong. I have delt with the Geek Squad on another product and they are awesome!!

Called the Geek Squad, made an appointment, went to the store, exchanged the router, no problems what so ever. This was my First time using the Geek Squad Protection and it was an awesome experience.

I absolutely love the protection plan. A printer I bought broke down right before the 2yr period and I was able to exchange it for a new one of the same one!

this was awesome. my printer head is not printing as expected and the color quality is low. i got the new printer through geek squad.

Hate having to buy protection plans, but they do protect you when your kids break stuff. Best Buy will replace with new, so you can let your kids use their stuff.
