I bought this knowing my product has an issue with breaking after 6 months so I bought this so I wouldn't need to buy a new one in the future.

Usually don't purchase extended warranties but did on the HP Laser Printer since I have never had one previously. Hopefully I never have to use it.

Haven’t had a chance to use the warranty. However, for the price, it does seem easy to use if you ever have to file a claim.

Used the replacement insurance once before for an inkjet printer that went defective, easy to use and no problem making claim.

It is always good to get a protection plan as you never know when you might need it and then you are covered

Always have come through for me when the product manufacturers didn’t.

Geek squad is always on point! Super friendly and very patient with my many questions and concerns. Will aways get the extra protection.

Wireless and I like the option on the side of the headphones to mute and turn off. Feels good and comfortable but for a larger person and had to return since did not fit well on my teenager.

Satisfied with the replacement plan if I ever need something replace they either replace it with the same item or upgrade. Just need to pay the difference

Bought a printer for my mother in law she used the geeks to help set up the printer and a 4 year warranty is a wonderful thing to have peace of mind

I always try to purchase my office and entertainment equipment from Best Buy because of the warranty. It's affordable and convenient. If it doesn't work, you bring it back and walk out with a new one.

Best Buy has great customer service when it comes to warranty. If there is any problem with your electronic/ item, no questions asked they will replace you or give you the credit. Highly, highly recommend

Since we will be using this frequently, getting the replacement plan at that price seemed the sensible thing to do. I didn't want to have to worry about having to buy another one too soon. So far we love it!!
