Geek squad has already helped me through a couple of issues. Nothing wrong with equipment, just very confusing instructions. They helped me straighten the issues it in a few minutes. That already made it worth it.

Get geek squad if anyone is buy expensive electronics. If anything happens geek squad will try to get it fix or they will give you a gift card to get a buy one.

I purchased this for a 13"2 Dell Inspiron PC without a disc drive for loading SW or playing CDs and DVDs. I always purchase Geek Squad product replacement as my experience has been excellent in the past.

. . . Its a Good Value. My product stopped working and since I bought the replacement, I was able to walk out with another product. Note to the wise: Keep your original packaging, so they can scan the exact serial / barcode, and your replacement is more an exchange, and they can't low-ball the replacement value of your product.

We purchased Geek Squad Protection for our purchase. Having that peace of mind is worth it with more expensive purchases. Would recommend for big money purchases.

Purchases the replacement warranty on the headset. THIS IS NEEDED, especially when you have kids. Cords on the headset can become faulty, not to mention the ear pieces.

Its an ok printer for the money, but it is made up of many cheap plastic parts that will fall apart over time. But it is a good printer just take care of it
