Even though I haven't used it yet I've heard so much about the warranty

The protection plan is very handy just in case there are any issues that need to be taken care of

For $20, it's a steal because being able to return the product for full price across two years is great, especially if you're clumsy and break things easily.

So far have not had to use it, but the last time I used one was on my vacuum cleaner and no questions asked got myself a new unit. worth the money.

I have had to use the Geek Squad often and they have been able and willing to help in every situation. I strongly recommend paying the fee to get their assistance.
