Although I did not need geek support to set up printer, I have reached out to them on other software issues and they were always helpful and solved the problem.

Most tv manufactures only give you 1 year. I'm so glad Best Buy can give you 2 years on TV's and electronics.

It's a warranty/guarantee. Hopefully won't have to use it but it's good to know the option is available.

This is good to have because if they can’t help you in the store they refer you to call 1-800 number to help and they do get your problem solved

I get the geek squad protection on everything i purchase i never have a problem when it comes to getting thins repaired

I love the protection to keep all my items that I bought protected.

Geek squad is worth getting for some products especially technology. Never know what could happen to your products after the return policy has ended.

I do have to say that they get the job done quickly and if it can;t be repaired they will replace or refund it immediately on the spot. Can't argue with that!
