Geek Squad Product Replacement Rocks ! Thank you so much !

How I'm supposed to review an unused service is beyond me.

Sometimes things go out so it's good to get the replacement plan.

Helpful and left me with no worries about my purchase

Not happy. Even bought an extended 4-year warranty on my printer, since I was told it would be replaced Free-of-Charge if anything went wrong. When something did during the warranty period (3 1/2 years), I was told that my model was no longer available and that I would have to trade down to a lesser model at the same cost as the one I had (which I got on a sale) or pay the difference - $150 - for the nearest comparable model.

The warranty is great to have, it replace' s everything.

huge hassle to get product replaced from previous experience only purchased again because we bought new this time and not from bestbuy outlet. they did not honor their contract from best buy outlet and after months of escalating finally gave up and took the little money they offered

So, you have a problem with your all-in-one printer? You purchased an extended warranty to help you just in case you find yourself needing help with troubles with your printer. Don’t bother getting the warranty. Best Buy will NOT honor help without a $99.99 service fee then any additional charges. You cannot make an appointment, you cannot bring it into the store. They might be able to come to your home, in about 4-1/2 months. Ridiculous!

It's always good your in good hands with the professionals.

Very happy that we brought the extended 2 year warranty.

Purchased for extra protection. Worth it for peace of mind.
