    I was having issues with my printer that I bought with this, so I called Best Buy to file a claim. The agent refused to let me apply my warranty and told me to use the manufacturers limited warranty.

    The battery was faulty when it was installed in the printer. This should have been an easy fix under the warranty, with the battery being mailed to me. I had to take the printer in to Best Buy.

      Our Geek Squad Product Replacement Plans run for a set term. It sounds like your plan expired just before your mouse did. In that case, the mouse would no longer be covered by that plan. In the future, you may want to consider longer plans to have a higher chance of the product needing replacement while the plan is still active.
