If you are thinking about the Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan, purchase it when you order, otherwise after the product is delivered, you have to bring it back into the store to have it inspected. I recently ordered an item. Everything is fine. After it was delivered, I decided to get the Geek Squad Replacement Plan. During COVID-19, I do not want to go into any store, so I am not able to buy the Plan over the phone, only three days after delivery. I called Best Buy customer service. They were very polite, but no exceptions.

I would highly recommend getting this for the price and the warranty it gives for the product. Could end up saving you in the long run.
