This is a good buy,i haven needed to use . Nice to have at a hreat price.

I love the idea of purchasing this 2 yr product replacement. My print that I purchased just stopped working. I mean literally just shut off and died. It was about 4 months after the purchase that I took it back to Best Buy. Best Buy just asked me what happened, I told them and the ordered me a new one! It was quick and easy.

I've had to use Geek Squad 3 times and each time has been a great experience. Having a product malfunction isn't fun but it's great to know that they have my back.

No one should be without these!! I know they say not to buy extended warranties etc.. but these plans are definitely worth the expenditure, especially as they cover accidents- and when you have two children---- I have the plans on items both large and small!! Would certainly recommend.

i have not had to use my warranty services and i like it like that. hopefully my purchases last the product life cycle.

The gentleman that was sent out to install and the televisions were very good they knew what they were doing there quite professional and help me out. Very good people I enjoyed the Geek Squad people a lot I trust them.

This is without a doubt the main reason why I look to Best Buy for tech first. IF they got it and can add on a warranty for a decent, one time payment, warranty then I hardly even hesitate because at least I can go directly to them to replace it. Because you never know what could happen, especially if you're looking into buying something rather expensive.

Great insurance! It's a must for any expensive purchase. The benefits of the Geek Squad Product Replacement program far outweigh the cost. Best Buy is very good when it comes to service and support, that's why I keep coming back to Best Buy!

You should always buy this warranty on an inkjet. When you have a problem Best Buy will come through for you.

I normally don't like to buy product replacement plans but $20 seemed reasonable, especially since I've had issues with other printers in the past.

Reasonable price for the protection! Well worth the money. Hoping I don’t have to use it.

I get the Geek Squad service knowing that I will never use it. After two years, it is probably cheaper to replace my personal item if it breaks than getting a new Geek Squad contract. I would rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it

Shoot 4 yr replacement plan for $20 on a $90 printer, ill take that.

Got the plane just in case any problems come up hopefully I never has to use it and it will last longer then the 4 years

Geek squad helped me figure out I just needed ink for my printer.( new printer) They were very helpful. I am so happy to have someone competent to call when there is a Robles with my equipment. Thank you Geek Squad

Always easy to get a repair or replacement when things go wrong. I love to get open box items in excellent condition and use my savings to get a warranty so I have guaranteed use for a specific number of years. In this case it was 4 years.

No stress replacement of non working printer. Could not have been any easier. Best Buy customer service and replacement warranty are the best.
