About this for my printer, very reasonably priced and I haven't had to use it hopefully I don't but I've used geek squad before and they've always been very good

The Geek Squad gave me directions on how to get my wireless printer set up and connected. They were very patient with me as I attempted to find "my other left."

Product replacement is the way to go. We were able to replace our printer we had for less than two years with no problem. I recommend this option as you retain the value for the amount that you paid for the last printer. So it’s a win win for you. Highly recommended!

Geek Squad Product Replacement. I may have to use it on a product that I did purchase because the item doesn't seem to be working as well.

My my 5 year old iPad Air 2 needed a new battery. Geek Squad sent it in to Apple for replacement. I ended up receiving a brand new iPad of the same model. I restored the data and everything works great. Very satisfied.

I buy it on just about everything. The Geek Squad is great and have always been super easy to contact, work with, etc. on issues with operation. Fortunately, have not had any break-downs, but it's better to be prepared. We've had the Squad for 2+ years for computer help and they are well worth every penny for the monthly fee!! Get it!

Bought an expensive printer for the first time in my life, the printer is good, but I don’t want to have to del with the repairs of an expensive printer, so I bou r the insurance; hopefully it helps.

I wish I had bought this when I got my first Logitech keyboard. After too many slips and drops, the casing was too damaged to be effective. The extra $20 would have saved me $125 on a new one. So, assuming I may be as clumsy or careless during the next two years, I bought both the Keyboard/case and the 2 year protection plan.

This gentleman worked hard and efficiently to find out what my best option would be since the old printer was not working optimally. However, he gave an opinion to do what resulted to be the best option. I am extremely satisfied and happy with his work.

I picked a product replacement from Best Buy for piece of mind when it comes to printers. Printers are so unreliable and I want to make sure i have a plan in case it fails and Best Buy does a good job of honoring their warranties. I heartily recommend this!

I have GSP-R on all of my gaming accessories. Why? Because I actually game daily and I wear these things out. Should they wear out within two years? I don't think so. Do they? Yes, If they're bad products. Ive been through three logitech headsets and one mouse, all of which replaced by better versions with full credit back towards them.

Geek squad coverage is always a must!!! I never buy ANYTHING without a warranty but geek squad is next level coverage!

We were having trouble with our printer and and unable to resolve the issue. When we inquired about a new one, he suggested one that was on sale. He brought the printer to us and connected it to our laptop. We are extremely happy with our new printer and his excellent help.

Very good quality. Works well. Can use K-cups or a ground coffee or tea in a filler container. Set & forget timer for morning hot coffee ready when you are up.

Thus has saved me so much worry and time! Printer wouldn’t take ink refill. Took it down . Boom. Got new printer!
