Amazing price great customer service love them if you need anything repair they the one to do the job

I bought this thinking I would never it My printer quit working and it was replaced free of charge

Bought the 2 year warranty as a "just in case something goes wrong " to my HP printer. This will beat trying to send it back to HP instead of just taking it to my local Best Buy.

Needed a hardcover for my tablet. The one that should have fit did function in the manner that I was looking for So I went a size up and it fit better and also allowed the charger to be carried just in case

I just used this on my Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum Gaming Mouse. A purchase of $150, $170 with the Protection Plan. Instead of spending a total of $300 on two mouses, I spent $170 and got a defective mouse replaced. It's insurance, complain about it when you don't use it, and rave about it when you do.

The comfort of knowing the Geek Squad is there if you need them brings peace of mind. I have used them on a prior purchase and because it could not be repaired they replaced with a new Kindle and I was quickly on my way.

I bought a printer for my daughter and decided to add the 2 year extended warranty. I am so glad that I did that because she didn't have it long when the printer stopped working. It would scan but would not print. She was able to exchange it for a new printer thanks to having purchased the warranty.

Geek squad is awesome. Have used them in the past for installation. Have not needed them yet for repairs but if I ever do, I am certain that the Geek Squad will be awesome.....

I have used this service for both of our laptops. I'm not a geek so getting them to set up our older laptop with Webroot sure saved me time and energy. They are very quick with the service and usually have finished solving our problem before the date they indicated it would be fixed.

Its necessary to have one, in case anything happens.

Have used it several times they’re really good at what they do sometimes things some work out for me but other times most of the times they do like today I got disconnected but it wasn’t his fault he did help me thank you
