Great service nice to have I’f needed at hand for you.

I've only had to use this service once or twice in the past. It's usually a painless experience but sometimes there can be an agent that's just putting up a fight or trying to be elitist by making up reasons it doesn't qualify that are beyond the customer's control. I wish this weren't the case because I'd be able to give this 5 stars if it were consistently painless.

Needed data that was on an old lap top that I couldn’t get to power on. Geek squad was able to get the information and back up for us!

You never know if something will break and you need to replace it.

I wouldn't dare purchase anything without the geek squad replacement package.
