I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty through Best Buy. Especially on a printer! I’ve only had to use their warranty a couple of times in life, and both instances worked out quite well!

I like the fact that Best Buy offers a warranty for their products. It gives me peace of mind that if anything happens, I have a warranty.

Although I have not had the need to use the Geek Squad services yet fir this product, I have utilized this option in the past which has saved me quite a bit of money instead of fully replacing an item.

The 2 year product replacement was a great value. I felt like the price was very in line with product cost and it proved to be very useful. Very glad I purchased. New product is working perfectly but feel confident that if something went wrong it would be taken care of.

Geek squad is a reliable service and my choice for getting extra warranty outside manufacturer's warranty.

i always buy the geek squad protection because its cheaper than replacing the item with the same thing again in the event something happens. and i buy it on sale...so that way with the protection plan included im still paying basically the normal price if it wasnt on sale.

It’s always good to have some extra protection especially if you are paying over $600 for a small action camera. Just gives me peace of mind I can film and if anything happens I can get a replacement.

I will not buy any other product without Geek Squad protection! I did one time and had to deal directly with the manufacturer and that was exceptionally painful. I can call geek squad and they get things done!

I have purchased several different time line plans with Best Buy (depending on the item and the replacement cost) and they have replaced and repaired several items on these plan without question. Thank you!!!

I always get if the price is low, more so I will pay the higher price for appliances though, too many electronics in them now days. plan is what it is, Best Buy stands behind there plan,. you will have a like product the same day before you leave if yours is not in stock.

While in the past, I have stayed away from extended warranties, as products would normally work for quite a while. Not so much anymore, as there is more quantity than there is quality put into the products. You just can't expect to have electronics or many other items to work as long as before. The Geek Squad warranty takes the pain out having an item go dead on you, in the 1st 2 years, regardless of the supposed manufacturers warranty.

I have always had and used Geek Squad on all of my devices. I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have always corrected issues with my computer and printer. Most recently with my new printer.

I buy GSR on all major purchases. Murphy's Law has taught me that if something is going to break, it will be the day after the expiration of the manufacturer's limited warranty. My experience with the Geek Squad replacement process has always been positive.

It's hard to put a price on peace of mind, but I suppose a 4 year warranty gets pretty close.
