this replacement plan is a no brainer... anything from malfunction to user error even damage from dust will be fixed or replaced.. walked into best buy with my purchase explained my problem ..they took care of it just like that so affordable a couple dollars for two years

I recommend it!! I bought it for an HP multi printer I had for almost one year then it started having issues. I brought the HP printer to Best Buy and I picked out the same one in a new box and has been working fine. The Warranty was worth it.

Geek squad is a reliable service and my choice for getting extra warranty outside manufacturer's warranty.

I purchased a geek squad protection plan for backup because the benefits of having it are well worth it. It's just pennies towards your investment and without it you could possibly end up coming out of pocket with absurd amounts of money for repairs or replacements.

I love this doorbell that informs you what is going on around you so you will be more cautious.

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

The guys set up my new tv, connected it to all my devices and set the controls

I purchased the 4 year warranty to fix or replace. Hope I never have to use it but have it just incase. I normally don’t purchase warranty’s but to pay that much just for a printer I added it.

I used them mostly for information and instruction. There were quite friendly. I just was not aware you had to make an appointment to actually speak to an agent at the store. I know now and will continue using the group.

When my print heads were no longer working correctly they replaced my printer with a new one as the geek squad does not fix printers with this problem!A new printer after only 11/2 years with the old one was a good deal!

always feel better knowing i have this protection plan . The Geek Squad has been to our house during this 2020 year and installed TV's in our new home . Thank you Geek squad and Best Buy for all you do .
