This was some time ago, but we were very pleased overall with the purchase and the asssitance with it.

I truly hope we don't need this but if we do i am confident the Squad will take care of us.

Bought the four year Geek Squad product replacement plan just in case an issue should arise!It just gives me reassurance that someone is a phone call or email away just in case I need help or assistance!

I haven’t had to use it yet, but looking forward to using it when I need to

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

I purchased this by accident but after a set of computer speakers stopped working after 3 weeks it definitely paid for itself. I would recommend on expensive everyday items that get heavy use.

When purchasing an appliance from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

When I bought my item I had a lot of problems however I was accommodated until we could set up my apple tv correctly. The mouse never connected to the drive and we were over nighted a new mouse! We eventfully got a brand new setup and have had no problems since.

Helpful for repairs, and installing screen protectors on tablets and cell phones.

Always good to get on certain products rather deal with best buy then apple tbh and just makes things easier good replacement options always got a new product in my case

Not much to say about the warranty's. They stand by their products.

I consider $20 for a 2 year full protection plan for a printer to be a great deal. I don't usually buy the protection plans, but this just seemed like it would be worth the money since unfortunately printers can sometimes have problems and are difficult/impossible to fix.

The peace of mind knowing that my investment is covered for 4 years is priceless!

Have always enjoyed the service from Geek Squad. Got this for a printer I found at a great price so I figured I’d have it protected for a few years.

Have not needed to use. Hope I never do but it gives me the insurance I need.

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

I get the protection plan for different types of items. It give me a sense of security for "large ticket items". I also find it useful for items that I know that my kids are "hard" on (.e.g USB headset). I have found that getting items replaced has been hassle-free.

I always get this when I purchase an electronic from best buy I've only ever had one problem with something and when I did I wss was able to get the upgraded version of the product and still have enough money from the warranty to gut another warranty on the new one
