I have not used the sqard yet however I am quite sure that they can get it done whatever it is.

I like Geek Squard I here they have to go 4 year college in computer teach college this great they help fix all computer program and can fix tv pc and other elercvtrine items

Some items you don't need to get this for, so look carefully at the cost. Now with that said. I purchase Geek Squad Product Replacement for some items and not for other items. When I have had to use it, BestBuy has always handled it very well.

Best buys geeks are very useful fast and professional, something I don't always find in Europe! Michael

lately ive had too many electronics dying just after their manufactures warranty run out-if the price is right on an extended warranty-i will get it-may not use it but if needed much cheaper than buying something new when you have something die

Right now, I can only give one star. I just bought the printer 11 days ago. It was delivered Wednesday and I was setting it up Thursday evening. It's defective! Had to take it back and order another one! So hopefully it will get a better rating. I've always used canon and they've always been good. But i am disappointed this printer was defective.

These guys are good they warranted my defective computer and got me an equivalent for the value difference.

I can tell you as a tech person I have never really purchased geek squad coverage, however as wives are she suggested a one plan. The device died (HDD) one month after. Prompt professional and very helpful, I would do it again..

The Warranty from Best Buy is well worth it. If they cant fix your device they will simply let you exchange it for the same one or similar with no hassle. A lot better than paying full price for the device once again.

Lets face it, EVERYTHING breaks, usually within two years. The best buy warranty is the only reason I keep shopping at best buy. Have had numerous expen$ive computer peripherals replaced, no questions asked no hassle. highly reccomend.

I but this on everything. I make sure it's a replacement plan, not a repair. No questions asked, just go pick out a new product and leave happ. I used to work at best buy almost 10 years ago, and these are better now, less complicated.

I purchased the two year replacement/repair plan in case I had to ever use it. I have always purchased all my TVs from Best Buy and all have lasted for 8+ years!!!
