    I have not had to use this often but when necessary Best Buy follows through! the prices are also really good for the protection you receive!

    Can't beat the price for product replacement. If anything goes wrong, all I have to do is bring in the old printer and it will be replaced.

    Always get protection for your investment. Hard drives are known to go bad. 2 years of geek squad protection gives me piece of mind.

    Thankfully I never had to use the product replacement plan but its a great thing for that peace of mind if I ever had a problem.
