I like the techs at Best Buy. They really go out of their way to get things done properly even if u have general questions.

They didn't tell me when my scanner began to malfunction that Epson will help fix it. They told me I could either replace it (and void the warranty) or wait two months for it to be repaired. I would've chosen that option if I didn't have to do so much paperwork. I don't think they knew about Epson thing but as professionals I think they should know more about these things. I would've chosen not to void my warranty (and buy another one). Obviously, purchase it but check all your options before believing what they say.

This is a great purchase to consider because it offers to replace your device against defect or failure of any sort.

I haven't had to use this one yet, but have used in past on other purchases & had no issues.
