important to have a warranty on the hp printers. i got a free replacement printer when the original hp 6830 desktop printer went bad.

The price of the warranty is high yet having the security with knowing if anything happens at least you get a new product at that value makes it worth it. Have had problems in the past yet I'm hopeful those are not the same issues now.

This is invaluable peace of mind in case of accidents or problems, but you hope you never have to use it.

2 yr protection and piece of mind. Haven't had to use it but good to know it's there if needed.

I like the printer - love having not to change ink cartridges and it prints fast and clear. BUT it does not stay connected wirelessly - every time I want to print I have to muck around for at least 30 minutes - usually much more! VERY frustrating!! And the HP app is SO intrusive - it activated the camera on my ipad, and used the cloud without me setting any of that up and I didn’t agree to it! It also needs my location to print - WHY???? Just let me print!!! NOT HAPPY with my purchase, because of software - the printer is good……when I can get it to print.

Loved to add the protection plans in all the products

This is a plus on anything you buy Because you just never know when youll need it

The plan is worth buying if something goes wrong with what purchased the warranty usually covers it

Personally, I have not needed to use it as of yet. I always agree with getting insurance policies. In the end, it's always worth it.

highly recommend getting all products from best buy and using the geek squad for any issues. they rock!

I can't complain or really comment on how this one really is yet. Hopefully I don't have to use it, but cheap insurance is how I look at it.
