Whenever you need to make use of your warranty there is always something that the customer was not aware of and you ended not being able to use your warranty

Geek Squads' Customer Service team? Useless. Barely used microwave, little over two months old caught fire and no one will assist. Multiple names documented and no one knows what to do with an appliance that catches fire.

I hope I never have to find out whether this warranty is any good or not.

It broke very quickly after I purchased it; it jammed a lot, which was a real bummer. Set up was kind of a pain, but not particularly difficult.

It's hard to get help by phone, must bring product to store. okay, i guess.

Worst printer I've ever purchased. This PRINTER requires an internet connection, data gathering permission and access to all files and folders on the the computer before it will print.

Nice to have. If it was to break down I could get a replacement

I've bought dozens of items from Best Buy and hate that Geek Squad is the only way to protect our expensive purchases. They no longer send emails when coverage is about to expire and when I called they transferred me to a number of people until someone just hung up. Called again and had me on hold forever. Very disappointed and displeased with this service. Will take my business elsewhere

I have not used this service but when I do I'm sure it would be fine

Like to know that if there's a problem with my item I can get assistant

not really sure of the protection plan, but i guess its worth having

Overall I continue to stand om the fence with yhe GSP protection plan. While I appreciate havinf one for security, I have yet to aucceasfully uae a GSP plan for any of my mobile devises (or otherwise) as it seeems to be just a replacement plan with high deductibles for items that could be repaired.

Pretty smooth transaction and very helpful staff in dealing with matter

Hopefully, I never need it, in the past, they have been helpful
