24/7 accessible - Never had a tech problem that Geek Squad could not handle and would not handle. Knowledge of a variety of tech devices-how to install and troubleshoot.

I purchased this for a 13"2 Dell Inspiron PC without a disc drive for loading SW or playing CDs and DVDs. I always purchase Geek Squad product replacement as my experience has been excellent in the past.

I did not even have to take my printer in. I had a question and gave them a call they and they told me what to do over the phone and fixed the problem in no time.

Have not needed any help at this time but am confident that it will be there if needed.

I purchased this 4 year product replacement for a Samsung TV. I bought it at a sale price. Very worth it, as it covers all electronics in the house.

This is such a no-brainer when purchasing a major appliance or expensive electronics. You can actually buy peace of mind with this service!

. . . Its a Good Value. My product stopped working and since I bought the replacement, I was able to walk out with another product. Note to the wise: Keep your original packaging, so they can scan the exact serial / barcode, and your replacement is more an exchange, and they can't low-ball the replacement value of your product.
