Love it, it was easy to ise when the ipad went out

I was able to return an Epson printer that stopped printing quality color documents after approx. one year. This warranty resulted in very little out-of-pocket costs.

Please get your warranty because you never know when something will break, and the Geeks will get you back working.

Love these Geek Squad product replacement plans, it takes all the stress and concern over possible issues coming up with my new ipad and keyboard. If I have a problem, I just call up Geek Squad, what's not to like?

I love getting Geek Squad protection because you never know when you'll need it. I've never had a problem with swapping out broken electronics or getting something fixed.

I always take the product replacement insurance on the big purchases I make. Why would you not spend a few dollars to insure that if something happens to your big ticket item it ill be repaired or replaced.

This small, external back up drive is perfect to protect your files. It was easy to set up and works well. Just wish that it had a monitor light indicator so you know when it is working. Very quiet.

Would recommend everyone gets the extra warranty. I had purchased it on a printer and the printer died before it’s time. Took it back with the extra warranty information and was given a brand new orintet

I haven't had the need to replace my product yet but people at Bestbuy are always helpful and answer all of my questions when I'm there and that is why i keep coming back

I always have problems with printers and paper shredders so this is completely worth the $5 for 2 years where is normally I smashed things into little pieces when they don't work and I can't figure out why

For someone who doesn't know much about computers, I'm glad that I have a support team behind me. They are truly & totally geeks. Everyone needs them.

I did not even have to take my printer in. I had a question and gave them a call they and they told me what to do over the phone and fixed the problem in no time.

Its very easy to set up. I had no problems at all. Easy to load the paper. Works well and not too expensive. I highly recommend this printer.

this was awesome. my printer head is not printing as expected and the color quality is low. i got the new printer through geek squad.
