On any product over say $25+ that you get that figure will need to last you a year or longer don't think twice about it pay the price for it & get worth every penny even if you never use it the peace of mind is. Have never had a single problem with the multiple various products I've had issues with over the years through Best Buy with returning that this covered. Always treated well & helped out great from gaming headsets, gaming mouse to my PC's if needed to be replaced or fixed. Have read plenty of bad reviews all over the place but often those ppl seemed to be rude & demanding. Just simply be patient explain the problem & treat who ever helps you nicely, have done this in the handful of times I had to compared to the many products I got that I never had to. Everytime I the issue was took care of & or fixed with little to no problem at all & may have just took a bit of time on my end. Not a single complaint yet & worth it.

Haven’t had to use it yet, but nice to know it’s there.

HP printer that I purchased in 03-2015 just stopped working one day 10-2016. I took it to Geek Squad HP & explained what the problem was. They took it in back, looked at it & told me it wasn't repairable. Luckily I had the 2-year replacement! No questions asked ~ right away refunded the full cost of the printer (less sales tax). Used that for a new printer & got the 2-year replacement again. It took less than a half hour ~ how's that for great service?

It's a good to purchase replacement plan from best buy why for one it's reasonable and you never know when your product goes out ,they will fix it or give you another one with no problem

This is at least my 4th K-cup machine in 10 years or so. By far my favorite. Has all the options I like with simple intuitive buttons. I can make a pot just as easily as I can make a cup. I wouldn't bother with this review except that I actually shopped all Keurig options at every store that carries them for well over a year because my now deceased machine started having the LCD screen bug out with increasing frequency. Since you could still operate the machine by touching the right parts of the screen (because we had it memorized), this indicates that the microcontroler uses GPIOs for the display that still work which indicates that the memory in the microcontroller itself is failing. Sure enough, about 2 months ago, it finally started mixing up motor controls and making a mess. This model was one of only two available at my local Best Buy the next day (after previously selling out over Christmas) and I couldn't be happier, though it makes all my previous shopping and research seem pointless. This was the obvious choice but I didn't know it until I used it. Highly recommend.

Great printer, it literally payed for itself in the savings from the ink cost. I use it to print flyers, 100s of copies at a time. I highly recommend this printer

I purchased geek squad to cover a printer that I bought and it was the best money I've spent! I don't get geek squad for many things, but I always seem to have issues with printers, so I thought it would be a good idea. Had to use it the other day, super easy, in and out in five min. They even refunded me 100.00 in addition to replacing the printer because the price had dropped on it.

Always, always, always get the extended warranty on printers. I bought the 4-year extended on my Epson WF-7840 in April 2021 and that printer stopped working in March 2025. Easy replacement.

Although lot of magazines say extended warranties are a waste of money, the one I bought last year for my HP printer just saved me $100. The sale price on the printer was $99.99, so a two year warranty was only $10. Last week, it decided not to print black .I checked the cartridge and printer head and both were fine - so I called my Best Buy in Littleton and explained the problem. After I gave the serviceman my phone number and date of purchase, he brought it up on his computer and told me to bring in the bad one and they would replace it with a brand new one, still in the box. This is the easiest exchange I have ever made! They also gave me a refund on the unused part of the original warranty, which I applied to a new two year plan. I am extremely pleased with the warranty and the service from the Littleton Best Buy on South Wadsworth Blvd.

Hopefully I'll never have to use my 4-year replacement plan, but it's nice to know that I have the option, especially on a printer. I've used this plan in the past on previous devices, and I've liked the experience in the past. Very easy to use, and Best Buy gets me set up.

Makes you feel safe purchasing from "Best Buy" and knowing if it has a defect they cover it. Ive only taken one thing back ever, but I was sure happy I had that extra coverage. Well worth the peace of mind.

normally I dont purchase the 2yr replacement, but for the headsets I wear out, I always purchase this replacement cost. I wear my headset up to 10 hrs a day...but the real danger to my headsets are my cats. I had to replace my last headset at 15months of heavy usage due to the cat knocking the headset off and then knocking over the back up powersupply box, which landed on the headset and broke the headphone on the right side from the arch. Best money I have ever spent on a replacement cost. 5 bucks for two yrs vs 68 for a new headset. the last headset they didnt have anymore for the lower valued one, but best buy upgraded me to next higher version for free.
