Very helpful. An excellent staff. Understood the problem and it was such an easy fix.

4 years of service at this price is an excellent deal. Best part is being able to just drop the item off at Best Buy for repair, unlike the other after-market warranties that require you to troubleshoot the problem first and possibly have to ship the item. If they cannot fix it, they will replace it or give you a refund on the item. Also, this service plan is transferrable if you sell the item.

I haven't needed any repairs yet, but the price on this 4-year plan can't be beat. If they can't fix it, they will replace it. What more could you ask for?

We purchased LJ 901 5e Printer for our Ministry and this has given us a great deal of help and easy work. I teach from my print-outs and the clarity of the pages gives me a feeling of relaxation so that i can move along with the teaching smoothly. The worker on the floor that assisted us was very knowledgeable of what was best for us and for what we could afford.

Best Buy warranty service purchase seems to cover a lot of potential failures. Word of mouth by other family members that had to use were pleased when had to utilize.Haven’t had to use so not able to comment fully.

The 4 yr warranty for replacement is definitely worth the cost. I recommend getting even if never need it , you just never know and it doesn't cost that much. Plus I have had a lot of experience with Geek Squad and Never been disappointed in their expertise.

Overall GSP is a good choice to make when buying products from Best Buy. It gives me a peace of mind that if I bought a good or questionable product that BestBuy will be there to make it right. I have some products that I will use regularl. y or that I highly depend on. I weight the knowledge of the product and pass performance of the product to decide if I should purchase GSP. Anything you buy over $20 I recommend getting. I have gotten some lemon products in the pass that didn't last or live up to the hype and general dissatisfaction. The Best Buy GSP has you covered.

Having had an earlier Logitech keyboard/cover develop some wonky keys (I'm a touch typist since age 11, and get carried away sometimes and probably overdo!!) Buying this plan - especially if you are also hard on keyboards - is good value for money. I WAS a bit surprised (though I suppose I shouldn't have been) to be told that the warranty is specific to the (original) insured device. If you invoke the replacement, you get partial credit back for a protection plan for the replacement device. Just sayin'

Definitely worth it. Unfortunately the print head caused an issue and spilled the ink. I was able to replace my printer with no hassle. Bought the protection plan on the new printer

The Geeks are the Geeks. They are a team of well needed knowledge. I don't need them often, but when I do, I am never disappointed.
