I had purchased an item that I ended up not liking it. Because I had also purchased the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, I was able to return the item after using it for a few months and I received store credit for the full price of the item. The return process was very easy.

This printer has been a lifesaver and game changer for me! The added feature of split pages is amazing! As a teacher time and supplies are limited, everything about this printer is great?0

I’ve never had a toner printer so I don’t know all that could go wrong. I got this warranty just in case. I’ve asked for help in the past and they were very helpful and I didn’t have warranty or anything.

I have had 2 products either replaced or repaired by Geek Squad. The service is excellent. They listen carefully to your issue and find a suitable solution. I will never go anywhere else.

Due to the Pandemic, I had to purchase equipment to support a second location to virtually work from. I have had a lot of experience with all-in-one systems lasting for years. I purchased an all-in-one printer from Best Buy and reluctantly purchased their Geek Squad replacement agreement because it seemed like it would not be used. The all-in-one failed after 5 months and when I returned it to Best Buy, the Geek Squad immediately issued me a pro-rated value towards the purchase of a new printer. Because of this experience, I quickly stepped up and added Geek Squad Replacement to the new system.

I purchased the geek squad replacement plan for a printer which has received much use for mainly photo printing. The printer has served me well although there have been some occasions where I've run into some issues. The first was related to an ink system failure which was replaced on the spot. The second was related to the printer no longer producing black ink. While a replacement was not immediately available for the second incident, I received a reimbursement of the purchase price. Both experiences were hassle free. In the future I plan to use the funds towards a compact photo printer such as the Canon Selphy and a portable document scanner.

I HAVE NEVER EVER, EVER NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY A SINGLE BEST BY SALESPERSON, MANAGER, OR EMPLOYER OF ANY LEVEL WHEN I HAVE NEEDED TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDED TO BE RETURNED WHILE STILL UNDER MY EXTRA PURCHASE WARRANTY OR MANUFACTORS WARRANTY ... IT ANY PRODUCT THAT I EVER PURCHASED STOPPED PERFORMING BEFORE SAID WARRANTY EXPIRATION DATE ... BEST BUY ACCOMODATED MY NEED TO HAVE THAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCRT, WITHOUT HASSLE OF ANY KIND ... BEST BUY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS THEY WAY THEY OR ONE OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.

I buy my electronics from Best Buy because of the good prices and the selection of products. And as important as those things are most important is the replacement protection. I get this on anything I buy because its just the easy button. I something fails (and we all know this happens with PCs and other electronics) I just pop on over to Best Buy and they give me a replacement. The Best buy policy on product replacement is better than any other place you can buy electronics. Have used it several times. Worth the money just get it.

My two year old printer broke and because I had this insurance I was able to pick up a new unit for free! Definitely ended up being a good decision for me!

I love that when i went to pickup my printer they answered all my questions and informed me of any and all services available to me with my product.

Great customer service, My printer wasn’t working right. I brought it back after 2 weeks, I originally bought it on sale $80 off, when I came back to exchange it, it was $130 off and they gave me the difference back. As well as kept the 4 year warranty.

I bought this because of reviews, other ratings. I'm finding THE ADF is not working properly. For this price point the printer should automatically push out paper draw and led section. Km finding the Epson all in one was much better in these areas.

I have not needed to use this but so glad I got in times of need. The assurance I have due to this service puts my husband and I at ease.

i always get protection plans to cover my products. It makes me feel at ease to know I have the back up. Geek Squad always comes through

other than initial set up for my computer, I have not need to call the Geek Squad service.

Reason I like to purchase things from Best Buy because the Geek Squad anytime I purchase something I go there and ask if it's coming or over them or do I have to send it out they give me straight answer and I like that I had to deal with the Geek Squad instead of sending it out in mail and waiting weeks or months to get a response

Buy this with any printer purchase. Best Buy’s return policy is only 15 days. That’s not enough time for set up and to use all the features of the printer. I took it back to the store because you can not reach Best Buy by telephone and the Chat on line had me on hold forever. If I had not spent the extra money on the protection policy I would not have received even a store credit. Really stupid that I had to spend half of what the printer cost but in the end I was glad I did. Pretty much hassle free.

Anytime I need Geek Squad assistance, it's always met with speed and efficiency. I would not go without it.
