I haven't used the Geek Sguad in a few years, but was very happy with their work back then. So i will use them if I need them.

Everything worked great till after about two weeks and black lines started printing in the middle of all my print jobs. I tried all the recommended fixes and it’s still printed the black lines. Exchange it for a new one here’s hoping it works better and longer.

Great investment easy to use makes alot of copys has a very large printer ink last a long time

This HP printer I purchase is easiest printer I have ever used it tells me when my ink is low

So first off, the print quality is fantastic - WHEN it prints. Immediately out of the box I got an “ADF Jam” error before I even put paper in it. Thinking it was a fluke, I ignored it. However, this error has been consistently getting worse to the point that this machine is just sitting unusable. VERY frustrating and unfortunately I waited just past the year mark without realizing it. Thankfully I did get geek squad protection, but was informed theres a $99 charge for that as well, which is just incredibly frustrating. Needless to say, learn from my mistake. Purchase any printer but this one!!! Too much money for it to fail so quickly. Absolute trash HP.

Purchase a warranty with them ! The Concise of knowing you have a 2 year warranty

The more complicated the product, the more that can go wrong and the more expensive it is to get repaired, so this is a very good idea for those products. The GEEK Squad is also very helpful answering any questions I might have...even the dumb ones!

As a not so smart computer guru I would suggest this on all your tech buys!
