Purchased this for my 12 year old sons Chromebook and am pleased to admit I've never had to use service. I do have friends that have and they've raved about the fast service and very knowledgeable staff. I think this is worth the value for those just-in-case moments. My 2 year plan actually expires in next 30 days, so I'd also highly recommend an Chromebook purchase. Great peace of mind knowing Squad is available. With prices of today's technology and gadgets, better safe than sorry :-) I'd definitely recommend adding to purchases. Plus you don't have to keep up with paperwork, Best Buy tracks for you within their system.

What can you say about the Geek Squad. I have never had an issue that they didn't fix or replace. There are 2 main reasons that I buy everything at Best Buy! First is the Geek Squad. They stand behind everything and I can't tell you how many times I have used them. Second is the lowest price guarantee. So, I figure out what I want, look it up on the internet to find the lowest price, and then go buy it at Best Buy so that I can get the Geek Squad protection. Due to the amount of times I have needed it, I get the protection on everything I buy. Well, if something is less than $50, I don't worry about it, but for anything else, I don't understand why someone wouldn't get it. They surpass the warranties of any other store I have tried. I would recommend Geek Squad for any purchase of value!!!

I purchased this plan and very useful as my printer stopped working after 2 years of purchase and I took it to Best Buy store and they gave me refund for the purchase, this is awesome

This was worth it while I had it. I do not think the yearly charge was worth it. If you do not renew you lose your warranty

I have been nothing but happy with this headset. I use it to game with my husband and his sisters on the weekends and it has great padding and is extremely comfortable, meaning that I can comfortably play for hours without feeling the need to stop to "rest" my ears or let them breathe. The controls for volume, mute, and power are big and easy to activate without searching or thinking, which keeps me in the game. And, while I'm no audiophile, the sound quality seems excellent. The only potential drawback I've run into is that, depending on your head's shape, the headset might slide forward if you look down quickly. I have had this happen on occasion, but my husband complained about it a lot when he tried it out. Overall, I would buy this headset again. In fact, I have.

Great warranty to have no issue with the process real fast and nice.

Very knowledgable did not take them very long to remove old TV and replace it with the new one. Did all the setup connecting to satalite, antenna, internet and showed all features of new tv.

Hard to say goodbye to our over 5 year old printer that was a great printer but, due to a hurricane dropping a tree in our home and us unable to get to the copy machine, the inkjet printer sat for months and the ink dried up in it. This had me considering a laser printer so, I bit the bullet and got one. Now, for 4 years, I'm worry free. I know I'm protected if this copy/printer has any issues. I've had electronics go out on me within only a few weeks, months and a year. The only time I didn't get a protection plan was for the one a couple of weeks. I even threw the receipt away! Lesson learned!

I haven't had to use the service, and hope I do not. I'm not crazy about the quality of the printer I purchased the service for so I'm glad to have the Geek Squad on my side should I need them.

I purchased my printer from Best Buy because they had the longest warranty/replacement option of any retailer for this printer. In my experience, printers last around 2-3 years, so I am hoping to ensure a replacement if this trend continues.

Excellent and honest people, I had a computer that stopped working and the lady behind the counter at the geek squad took her time and really listened to my problem. I wanted to have it repaired but she said that it was so old it was beyond repair.

For the cost of the Geek Squad service I thought it would be worth it in case the printer I bought stops working.

I always make sure I get the extended warranty with all my electronics and appliances… there have been times when they come in handy and Geek Squad/Best Buy makes it easy!

Piece of mind for a great price. Hope I don't need it but it's there just in case.

When purchasing refurbished Items or easy to break items. This gives you peace of mind. Make sure to keep track of receipt.
