This is the best part buying at Best Buy, hassle free replacement with minimal to no effort.

I purchased my Geek Squad service in 2019. The month I purchased it I received care for all forms of technology which ranged from portable devices to my vehicle. In addition, I have been a continuous learner which means I basically have never stopped attending academic institutions. With that said, I would fail without a working computer. I have lived in four (4) states since I purchased my plan. The care, consideration, and efficiency of service make purchasing this plan as a total, "no brainer". You'd have to be crazy not to get it.

I would be getting this again they charge you for what’s left on the warrant then you buy another one. Why not warranty the item for the whole years you payed for?

Don’t doubt geek squad service. I’ve had it for different small appliances or electronics. It’s an easy way to just bring in the problem item and be exchanged for a functional one. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Don’t forget to add it on your purchases!

This service is FANTASTIC! The reps are available 24/7 and truly know computers. They are patient, willing to help and teach and answer all questions, no matter how basic. If they don't feel that they can adequately solve my problem, they will escalate the situation to the next level tech person. They have helped me with my cell phone, my laptop, my desktop, my monitor, my printer. I have convinced several friends to sign up for this wonderful service. I understand that the yearly fee has doubled since I first joined and am happy that my renewal amount was the same this year as it was in the past.

I was very unsatisfied with the HP Envy printer I had bought at BEST BUY. My previous HP had worked well enough but broke as soon as it went off warranty. For some reason my Envy was not connecting with my wifi at all. I had called HP numerous times as well as Geek Squad, with no solid connection. So, after a year of reconnecting everytime I printed, I "traded it in" for an HP Office Jet Pro (HP finally figured out what was wrong) and because I had the product replacement warranty I paid nothing. Boy, was I lucky, the Pro was on sale and I got another replacement agreement!! I received $11 back. The problem was in the connection with the high power wifi and the cable company. Love these geeks. Greatest agreement ever.

Haven't had any issues. As long as you make an appointment, it's quick and easy to have any questions and/or repairs made. The Geeks have been helpful and friendly and explain things in plain English so a non-geek can easily understand them.

Geek squad is top notch, when I need help they are ready.

Listen. Things are not manufactured to last anymore, so Geek Swaud product replacement is a must.

I feel confident with purchasing this added protection that covers my printer from potential damage as things happen and I know that I have extra coverage for incidental accidents and unforeseen occurrences. I highly recommend.

I had taken this protection for a gaming mouse that's known to breakdown within few months. As expected, the mouse stopped working within few months of use & I took it to Best Buy. The Tech person checked the mouse whether if there was any physical abuse done. Once satisfied all was good, the tech team offered me a full 'refund' on the mouse that could be used on another product within Best Buy. Hence, I would suggest do a review of the product you wish to buy and then decide if you wish to purchase this services.... it's like paying for peace of mind. Hope this review helps. Thanks!!
