The Tech mounted my tv help me hook up my directv box and made a few suggestions that we didnt think about. I just bought a Refrigerator from Best Buy and because i have the total care package delivery and haul away was free - best purchase I made in a long time.

Really, let's be honest; you would be foolish to purchase a product with this protection plan and not get the plan. The complete coverage of these plans almost assures that your product, for the specified time period, will be protected. Who doesn't want that peace of mind? Who really wants to try to get the manufacturer to own up to making a product that failed? (and wait for the process to go through if they actually do!)

Staff at the Geek Squad are always ready and willing to help with even the most challenging tasks ive asked of them. I feel seen and heard when they are needed.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad for this purchase. I am glad to have it in the event I should ever need it.

Never had the chance to use it. When I did they were no longer working on computers in the store. I could not be w/o my computer for the length of time they would have it. I had & have been working on Insurance miscellaneous claims from Hurricane Micheal 10-10-2018.

I’ve had good experience with geek squad before. Hopefully I won’t need to use it, but glad it’s there just in case

I always purchase the service plan when I buy a printer. I have gone through quite a few printers over the last 5-6 years because I do a lot of printing and it has saved me quite a bit of money. When I do have to replace one I have never had a problem using this plan.

On my 3rd printer in 6 years. Tired of having to buy a new one because something on it failed. Spend extra to get the protection plan where if something happens within 4 years, it'll be fixed or replaced.

Bought the plan for my HP printer and glad I did. Printer went out after a few months...no issues with the new model so far.. Best buy staff replaced for new model with no complains or questions. Plan is high priced for some items like TV's and laptops but well priced for other items like this.

So happy that I have Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan. I have not had to use it so far. But just in case- its good to have protection.

THE BROTHER PRINTER IS THE BEST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE. IT PRINTS BEAUTIFULLY. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE IT. I LOVE THE TONER BECAUSE IT BEATS THE LIQUID INKS 100%. IT PRINTS BEAUTIFULLY!

At first, I did not think this would be worth the extra money and thought it was more of a sales thing. But since I have had it I have used it more than 6 times for my TV troubleshooting, Cell Phone, I had my Laptop tuned up and it saved me a lot of money. There were products that I purchased that included free shipping and hull away. It a great option very glad that I have it.

Love them, honestly the best service you can get in a store! Always so professional and friendly and knowledgeable! Always can rely on them and the services they offer!

Got this on a Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard.. pretty much the only keyboard that is comfortable for my wife to use, but it seemed like we were always replacing them sooner rather than later. When this last one had some kind of issue with the membrane causing all kinds of multi keypresses, they replaced it quickly and without hassle.

Have not had to use but I am confident that Best Buy will take care of me if I have any issues with the printer

We have thousands of pages of old family documents to scan. With the old paper comes dust & flakes of paper. Our machine is very easy to clean, which is done quite often, so when this four year warranty was offered we took it. It gave me a piece of mind to know we are covered for our investment of our machine!

One of the perks of making a purchase from Best Buy is The Geek Squad protection I always get the protection plan on any Best Buy products that I purchase

I used this right before the geek squad plan expired and they simply put the credit on my account and I went and got a new case. For the case to cost $150 and them replace it without the blink of an eye it’s worth it. When you replace it out you can add another plan for the cost of the plan on the replacement case and cover yourself for another 2 years. Worth the money so don’t hesitate to get it.

You need this ! It's highly recommended. For 10 buks you will cover things such as headset, ps controller etc. Trust me, those thing break easily. Not because they have poor quality, but it's because kid is a kid. Best buy would process your return with NO HASSLE! I ve done it bunch of time.

Its usually hit or miss but you never know when disaster will strike. I believe if the value is there not only will the extra warranty save you much time and money, I have gotten upgraded because the product has been discontinued. If you can afford the extra cost I would definitely recommend taking the chance on geek squad.
