Joel has been responsive and helpful, with a very difficult situation with our remotes. He's called back as soon as he's able, and been very clear in his instructions. The problem we've had, I think, stems from the fact that the remote with our cable box seems to not work well in conjunction with a sound bar we purchased.

Love this program. I have had to use it twice and they did replace one of them. The only problem is that they give you what you paid for it and the item was not available at that price. So I had to pay more for the replacement

This is my 2nd one I buy, I loved it the first time and needed a 2nd one so I decided to get the one I knew was not gonna let me down …

If you need them, don't call the store, because they will give you a 1-800 number to call. If they can't take care of it over the phone quickly they will want to send out a tech which will cost you $$$. Best thing to do is take it back to where you bought it and let them fix it or replace it in store. that way it costs you nothing. It is worth it to have the insurance and it doesn't cost much so always go ahead and get it.

Geek Squad Product Replacement. I may have to use it on a product that I did purchase because the item doesn't seem to be working as well.

I bought a geek squad warranty on a canon printer. The print head failed 3 months after the manufactures warranty expired. The same printer was no longer in stock for exchange, Geek squad game me the full price paid as store credit for a future purchase.

A needed addition for anyone who is concerned that the manufacturer's warranty won't be enough. Since most manufacturer warranties expire after a year, this is a must have since it covers for several years more.

We order all our electronics from Best Buy just to get the Geek Squad Services. They are very useful and helpful.

Very good quality. Works well. Can use K-cups or a ground coffee or tea in a filler container. Set & forget timer for morning hot coffee ready when you are up.

We always buy Geek Squad coverage on large electronics or anything that has buttons.. It has been used.. Especially when my father purchased all new electronics after a tornado destroyed his home.. TV's, computer's, etc.. Always professional.. Even when its as simple as he has just pushed WAY to many buttons...

Printer is fast! I can be anywhere and print from my phone, due to Wi-Fi! The USB port is a convenient option to keep things organized without the need to use a computer! Awesome!

I have not yet had to test the waters with the 2-year GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN, but the fact that it's there has allowed me just enough confidence to continue trying to keep the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 it is insuring, even though I've already gone through 2 in 2 weeks under the standard 15-day replacement program.

I have been a member for a long time and this is a must have. I can not tell you of all the time fustration not to mention money Geek Squard membership has saved me. I have antivarus and Web spyware protrction on all my devices but it just des not detect everything. There is also me, downloading stuff, need I sau more?

I never leave the store without my Best Buy Geek Squad Product Replacement coverage... and it has paid off HUGE for me! The peace of mind alone is worth it but actually receiving the benefit of a replacement or store credit, no questions asked, for a product that just didn't fit the bill is well worth it!! Just do it!!

Geek squad coverage is always a must!!! I never buy ANYTHING without a warranty but geek squad is next level coverage!

Purchased this more as a “just in case” as it was given as a gift. The printer it’s replacing (GE) lasted all of 8 months and I didn’t get the warranty for that. Big mistake.

It gives great peace of mind to know that I can contact the Geek Squad if there any issues with my devices. Having the ability to replace a faulty device is a great insurance policy!

My computer stopped working properly and I had work files that I needed to work on but could not access. I called Gee Squad and they were able to access my computer remotely and fixed the problem quickly! They saved all my work files and got rid of virus!
