Best buy is always really helpful and good about taking back defective products for a free replacement. Their stores may be understaffed and their employees may be under appreciated by the company but they do their best and I appreciate that.

Geek Squad is always great. Cusomer service always helpful and returning items and solving problems have never been easier. Their plans are affordable and fair.

The agent installed my device.When I was having difficulty, he scheduled another visit & advised me how to return it to get another device.He followed with me a few days later to see if everything was still working. That was very thoughtful & considerate.

Have used the service in the past for a Foodsaver. The equipment malfunctioned after almost 2 years and the Product Replacement plan immediately processed the Gift Card to purchase a new Foodsaver. Therefore, I always add the Replacement Plan to my purchases.

I won't buy a product anymore without the warranty on it. Anything happens, it's covered. You get a new one and just pay for a new warranty. I've been through 3 keyboards in a year, at $150 plus a pop, My son has gone through at least 5 headsets, and we pay about 20 bucks to replace them. Worth every penny.

I really liked my HP Office Jet Pro Printer6968, but had to replace it with a new Printer as for months I could not buy the 902 Printer ink for it. Replaced it with Hp 7855 Printer. Have received it yet. Will let you know if it compares.

gsp is extremely useful, many times have items worn out and getting the manufacturers warranty is a very hard endeavor, gsp just takes care of that and extends it

I absolutely believe in protection plans. I must have this option. It’s always better to have it and don’t need it than to need it and don’t have it. Just my opinion. It’s life life insurance. The Geek Squad is amazing. Very user friendly.

This Best Buy geek Squad for gear replacement, make me feel so comfortable any time that I go to Best Buy to buy any product, because if I’m working and anything happen I know for my experience with this Geek Squad that the service is gone just extraordinary!.

Geek squad has replaces a Nintendo switch and $150 headphones. If you buy something for your kids, buy the protection!

I usually purchase Geek squad coverage for items that are not inexpensive. Fortunately, I don't always need that coverage (haven't for this item) but I have on several occasions, which was helpful. And it gives me peace of mind for not much cost.

I have had this printer for a little over a year and it works great, so great that I’m looking to buy another one. I hope I can find the exact one. I really recommend it very much.

I took a chance purchasing this Geek Squad service contract. My experience with laptop computers was deteriorating and I sensed I probably would need their support. I put my laptop, my wife's laptop and the laptops belonging to 2 daughters on the contract. Everyone has used it to good advantage. I've used it 3 times.
