Haven't had to use it yet, but it will hopefully be easy to use this service if/when I need to.

This has been an entire piece of all of the items I've bought from Best buy. They are always very helpful at the geek squad and I really appreciate the security that the plan gives me whenever I buy an item I feel like it's totally backed by this.

We are pretty able when it comes to setting up computers and getting what we need to function but the Geek Squad was able to detect and fix a problem in a very short time. Well worth the money to get the support

Geek Squad warranty protection at the best warranty protection on planet Earth. He walking to the store for product as an issue they fix it or replace it right there. If you're buying something from the store and they offer this plan you should buy it. I saved me so much money over the past years

You can't go wrong with the Geek Squad product replacement plan, every single electronic we buy for home and office we add the plan and we have a piece of mind that if something goes wrong, BEST BUY will fix the issue on the spot. NO THIRD PARTY involved LIKE WITH THE COMPETITORS.

This was not my first choice but when I arrived at the store, it was on sale, for $100 off and I was in a hurry, so I bought this one...What a great decision it turned out to be! I am very happy with the machine and not one problem with it, I easy to set up as a wireless network printer, and a great set of features.

I have not had to use it yet, but I hear great things.

Plan gives peace of mind although I have not had to use it yet. I've read issues about not being able to get appointments, so we'll have to wait and see how that goes if I ever have to cross that bridge.

When I bought my Zagg Rugged keyboard for my iPad I purchased the Geek Squad 2-year replacement policy since I had problems with Zagg hinge in the past. Sure enough, after about 18 months my hinge was very loose. Took it into Best Buy and with no questions they replaced it with a new one.

Having the Geek Squad protection gives me peace of mind owning any product.

I wasn't going to add on the 4 year warranty but with knowledge of the salesman who informed me what all it intells I'm glad I did!

I have purchased the 4 year Geek Squad protection and have not had the opportunity to use it yet. But based on past experience, I would never buy anything without this protection. They do come through when it is needed.

You replaced my product immediately. I just brought in into the store and 300 dollar pair of headphones and you replaced them immediately and gave me a extended warranty

Geek Squad is the best. I like the convenience of making an appointment instead of trying to be the first one in line.

I have used Best Buy warranties time and time again and they are one of the best around that I've dealt with they never have any problems with me anytime I have any problem with the product and they automatically replace it for me I always recommend getting the warranty from Best Buy
