Geek Squad is well worth the extra dollars spent. They know what they are doing.

I love Geek Squad. Haven't had to use them for the printer yet, but have used them many times for our computers. They're friendly and they get done what is needed to fix the problem. I recommended them to my sister and she now uses Geek Squad and is thankful for the recommendation.

I like the comfort of knowing I have GSP and that they always come thru when I need them-sometimes a little bumpy of a ride but they always make sure to do what they can to make the customer happy on some level. Thank You Geek Squad!

I always buy the Geek Squad Warranty on all purchases that it is available. I have had to use it a couple of times, and well worth the purchase of it.

Phone call to Geeks was quick. I had a hard time understanding first person who answered, but the local Geek was polite and listened to problem and offered solution. Am testing solution as we speak so i really won't know until 1/2 hour. So far so good. i like the promptness.

Geek squad replacement plans are great for items that they have and keep in stock for a while. I have utilized them for computer keyboard replacement since the bluetooth ones seem to fail for me every 6 months. It's fast and easy.

Having the Geek squad protection means so much. Never having to worry how to fix a problem because support is always there.

On anything $200+ I buy geek protection. When I have had to use it I’ve been grateful to have it.

Bought this for a present for my granddaughter to print photos. She has a new camera and said this printer prints very nice pics. I like getting the warranty because best buy is great about fixing or replacing.
