I love that Best Buy offers a replacement plan. You can never know when your electronics will give out and it’s nice to know Best Buy has you covered! I was able to take my headset back in and get another one! Same day, no hassle.

I for one love the geek squad. I call them a few times a week just to chat about the latest news in computer stuff. One time a geek came over and we played diablo 2 for like 2 seconds. it was radical.

I am so glad I purchased this along with my new printer. There was a line printing on paper and could not remove it. Took it in to Geek Squad and they replaced the printer no questions ask. Nice! the only thing is I had to purchase a new one to cover the new replacement printer.

I haven’t had to use geek squad yet but it is very good knowing that they are there if I need them

love the idea that for four years if something goes wrong with my printer I have someone to call. Also if something goes wrong it will be fixed or replaced.

I love having protection on my items because I can replace them if something goes wrong !!

I strongly recommend protection plans everytime they are offered. Best Buy is best in class when is comes to offering affordable reassurance when buying new computers, TV, games, or really everything they offer.

So glad to have this coverage. I am always happy to know they are there in case I have a problem with a product I purchase. Good deal for the money.

Usually don't purchase replacement for printers since prices are so low they are all but disposable these days. This printer was much more expensive so did get it this time. I found out that I had a printer go bad within the warranty period but since I did not have the replacement plan I would have paid to send it back to HP. Disappointed with Best Buy not taking it back in warranty.

I did not use for now, I hope this was a good idea if I need it

I've used Geek Squad protection on almost 1/2 of my purchases... It has paid for itself and more - even taking into account the cost of unused coverage. Cameras get dropped, so do tablets and phones... Electronics short out or simply fail... just take it back and get a new one!

Helpful for repairs, and installing screen protectors on tablets and cell phones.

Geek Squad is easy to use and get repairs done. Never have any issues getting a hold of them.

Not sure what I bought this for haha. But I always by a warranty, except not for their tvs. Why? Well their warranties does not cover cracked screens, although some will tell you it does to get you to buy one, they lie.

This has saved my butt on 2 occasions now. I had it for my laptop which at 3 months old, got knocked over and shattered the glass. I also used it with a 6 month old printer and was in and out the door with a brand new printer within 10 minutes. Definitely worth the $$$ spent.

This is definitely a plus to get, since it protects your investment from breaking down to keep you going on with what you're doing.

Geek Squad employees are so up to date on everything in the store, they can pretty much help with anything. I bought a printer and they helped teach me how to set it up even before I got it home.
