Have only needed to use it once. It was quick and painless and they did everything to correct the problem successfully.

I used them mostly for information and instruction. There were quite friendly. I just was not aware you had to make an appointment to actually speak to an agent at the store. I know now and will continue using the group.

Planned obsolescence, you name it...things go wrong. Be smart. Penny wise and dollar foolish is not for technology! Protect your investment. Best Buy stands behind its Geek Squad protection plan. And, so do I.

When my print heads were no longer working correctly they replaced my printer with a new one as the geek squad does not fix printers with this problem!A new printer after only 11/2 years with the old one was a good deal!

The staff was very helpful in finding the product I need. My device is working very well. The agent was very professional. Wearing masking per CDC guidelines. Install my product and product is working well.

I recommend it!! I bought it for an HP multi printer I had for almost one year then it started having issues. I brought the HP printer to Best Buy and I picked out the same one in a new box and has been working fine. The Warranty was worth it.

I always liked the Best Buy coverage policy. It’s pretty simple...bring the defected one and take a new one if they can’t fix it. I am very happy with how they do it seamlessly except one incident when they had some issues finding my receipts in the Best Buy account for a particular item and I stayed there for over an hour to resolve it.

Why would you buy anything from Best Buy and not put a warranty on it? Don't be a fool, Best buy has one of if not the best warranty on items I have ever seen! I don't leave the store with any purchase with out that bad boy. Things happens, and I like to be covered if they do!

I had a number in mind that I would be willing to pay for the peace of mind and convenience that product replacement protection offers. The plan pricing was exactly that, so I feel like I got a good deal, even if I never have to use this protection.

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

Haven't had to use it yet, but the piece of mind you get knowing you are covered should something happen is nice. I always like to cover big purchases just in case something unexpected and costly happens

I have always purchased Geek Squad services and am very pleased with them. If something quits working and cannot be fixed, they replace it with a new one just like it or even a better one
