Getting the Geek Squad Product Replacement has always been a great deal for me. I always get it for all my products. Thus far, I have already used it two times. Once it was for a Surface Pro after a whole one year of using it. I love it!

I know some people say that these plans are scams, but I disagree. The peace of mind of knowing I can get a new one if it breaks without having to budget for repurchasing is well worth it. It is always a hassle free process.

I love this protection. I have taken my electronics in for help as well as calling them and letting them help me over the phone. The team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I continue to renew my warranty when my 2 years is up.

Luckily I've only had to use my Product Replacment once with BestBuy, but when I did the experience was straight forward and fairly painless. Even if you never need it, if it's a big purchase like a New Console or TV, it's nice to have the peace of mind of the protection plan.

Best Buy has the best product replacement in the market. We have always been satisfied with the plan because anything that stopped working or became defective they replaced.

I always get these for anything that costs a fair amount of money but only has a one year warranty. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
