Since purchasing the Geek Squad 2 yr. coverage with Webroot SecureAnywhere protection, none of my previous problems of picking up viruses here and there have disappeared. What do you get for the money? Peace of mind!

Geek squad is a service I didn’t realize I had initially, but I was glad to realize I did!

Again big purchases need warranty’s. I learned from my mistakes. This item actually just went out on me yesterday I so will be getting another one in the morning.

They did a very good job. They were on time, and very knowledge and polite.

This is a great plan that will replace your item if it gets damaged past the point of repair, and they will also fix it if it breaks in the warrantied term. If it's something of higher value then this is a no brainer.

Love the Geek Squad! If you have any issues at all, they will be there to help you! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Haven’t had any issues with them!

It's crazy how inexpensive these printers are. This one has great features and performs well. I haven't had any trouble with it. The ink usage doesn't seem to be excessive, and the cartridges are easy to install. I selected this model because it has two paper trays. I print on letterhead a lot, and this feature makes that easy, without having to switch out paper.

Love the geek squad. We purchase the warranty every time we buy at Best Buy. My motto is bettee to have it and not need it then to nees it and not have it.

This is awesome they can help fix the problem of need be but I feel this is very much needed for us women that are single and can't fix electronics I love it

You never know when you will need it, no matter how well you try to take care of it. Especially a phone that you handle, how many times a day, a million times or close to it.

The 2-year Geek squad product replacement it is the best thing to protect customers and their purchases. I will tell everyone that they should buy it with every product purchase

It was pretty easy to enroll in, which is great because it gives me peace of mind as far as knowing that I will be covered in case the item fails, is concerned.

This printer was easy to set up and the cartridges that came with the printer have lasted over 3 months. This is so easy to use for scanning documents and saving as a PDF.

Haven't had to use, but will if need be. Better safe then sorry.

Geek squad has saved my life several times with my laptop. Now, I would never consider buying an electronic device from somewhere other than Best Buy and would definitely not consider buying the device without Geek Squad!
