Could not beat the price of the additional warranty

Great program that Best Buy offers Especially when you have a crack screen on your phone, it was replaced very professionally at no cost.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is the best. It's better than some manufacturer warranties. I always buy the Geek squad protection because they will fix or replace your item no questions asked as long as you have the protection plan.

I have been using Geek Squad since they first came to Best Buy. They have fixed all my electronics at different times. I can explain to them the problem in lay terms and they get it.

I can only go by what I was told, that they are very good. That why I got it. But because I have a great product that I don’t have first hand experience. So base on what I was told I will rate it.

This set replaced our standard keyboard/mouse that came with our desktop....We have a huge desk set that requires us to run the wires thru the back of the desk and that limited us in how far we could move the keyboard. Not a problem anymore.

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.

I usually never purchase extra warranty coverage, but I do with all my big electronics. Let's face it, things go wrong with electronics, but Bestbuy has ALWAYS stood by its guarantee. I can't speak highly enough about this company.

These warranty's are the best!!! Return the item right to the store for a replacement. Can't beat it, especially since they've come down in price over the years.

I did not use the Geek squad for home install. Just asked questions mostly. Always able to resolve my problems. If I ever need their help again, I feel very confident of their expertise.

so far have not had to use it for the printer we bought 6 months ago

When my newly purchased printer stopped working after a couple of months, I was able to return it without a problem.

When my old printer died after less than 2 years, my BestBuy rep suggested I purchase the Geek Squad product replacement policy. For only a few dollars, I don't need to worry about the same thing happening to me again. Money well spent!

We purchased this coverage for our new HP printer. For basically twenty dollars I do not see how you can go wrong. If we do not need it fine our printer is good, If we do need it it will be like getting a new printer free (well almost)!!!

I always get the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It gives me peace of mind and it is well worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Replacement insurance can be awesome. They help when you don't have money to buy the same product twice. Best buy has usually been good to me in honoring the replacement insurance.

First of all, it’s always a good ideas to purchase an extended warranty for new tech products. Second of all, geek squad has always been great in my experience, and should therefore be purchased; at least in my opinion.

service okay. I had to make an appointment which I guess allowed me to jump to the front of the line once they found out I was waiting for my appoint time which had passed already since the line was long. might be a better idea to have someone or a sign in sheet to allow them to look at so they know if someone with an appointment is waiting for them already instead of waiting in line behind people and missing the appointment time because they are waiting in line to get helped. other then that once you get someone they are pretty helpful. of course some techs are more helpful and knowledgeable then others so it's kind of the luck of the draw. I also don't like the fact that they want to keep your item for 6 days and expect you to live without it. they don't offer loners and not sure if they understand but if the item is used for your business that becomes a problem. over all I don't think I'll be buying this service anymore and if my product breaks I'll have to hope it's within the time frame I can return it so I can just get a new one or return it all together.

I purchase protection for almost every purchase at Best Buy. I have always been pleased with the great customer service and support. A definite must have add on for teens! Has saved me way more money than I have paid over the years!
