I took a old computer to The Geek Squad and have them check the system and put it all on a SD card and they removed the hard drive gave it back to me and kept the rest of the old computer it was awesome well worth the Geek Squad

Never deal with a product manufacturer again on my BestBuy product. I just go back to BestBuy and done. No waiting for a manufacturer to disappoint me with their excuses.

You must get the maximum protection for your products purchased through best buy,they have ALWAYS backed it up ,no issue with fixing or full replacement of products

other online stores may have cheaper or longer warranties, but Best Buy is better because you get your replacement the same day - no waiting for the replacement to arrive in the mail.

I haven't use this feature yet since the device I bought is still in a good condition. but I read the coverage for the damages that can happen and it seems really worth for the price you pay. Thanks Bestbuy

Getting geek squad service it’s a no-brainer! I can bring my products into the store at any time and have them fix it for free. Well worth the initial payment!

They have always been straightforward and courteous. Any issue with a product can be resolved. If not, full refund or replacement with the difference in price credited back to you!
