I bought this because I wanted the protection and I had had one previous experience with Geek Squad and a product defect. They were right on it and the replacement took only a few minutes. You can count on this product.

Always try to get the geek squad service on all my items. It has saved me a lot over the years.

Have been using the GEEK Squad for many years. They are usually able to fine the problem and fix it. Sometime takes a long time on hold to get to the right person.

My stated that it had a paper jammed. I checked all ways to fixed. Geek squad offered to check it out and if they can't fix it they will exchange it. Very reliable service.

This is a great service, but not without its frustrations. Some techies are not as good as others, and much depends and on getting the right person. As a user, one has to have time & patience for an online consultation, and also to realize that not every solution is going to be perfect. This being said, I will renew my contact when this one expires.

I bought this plan for my cricut air explore 2 and hace piece of mind that if I do encounter a problem it will be taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Geek Squad protection is awesome. When the printers are acting up, we bring them in and pick out a new one. Doesn't get better than that. We try to buy all our appliances there and get Geek Squad protection on everything.

Best Buy offers very affordable extended warranty plans for high tech items. I rarely have needed to use them, but they provide piece of mind knowing that the Geek Squad is there to fix things if you need them.
