Its an ok printer for the money, but it is made up of many cheap plastic parts that will fall apart over time. But it is a good printer just take care of it

My son is not the thoughtful at this time in his life. Very glad that we bought the replacement warranty. He broke the head set and we took it back to Bestbuy. No issues with the return. Very much worth the purchase

agents were well manner and very respectful. arrived on a timely manner called to confirm appointment asked if there were any question unanswered.

Reasonably priced insurance. Gives me “peace of mind”.

Wasn’t sure of insignia at first so we got coverage for our microwave but it is working well. Got coverage in case brand was a flop. Haven’t used plan yet but glad I had it.

So far have not had to use this program. Hopefully I won’t have to anytime soon

Please get your warranty because you never know when something will break, and the Geeks will get you back working.

The agents fix my items and explain the information to me. I am glad I purchased this as I have a lot of items I have bought through Best Buy. Perfect

Haven't had to use the warranty yet, but as explained to me, it is a great warranty to have for products that can get damaged or break with use. They'll practically replace your product for any internal problems

I love getting my geek squad coverage with all of my products you just never know when you will need it or when your purchase is going to need to be fixed

I love this insurance specially when your item is not working again you can get replace or get another item.

I just didn't want to get stuck with a problem after the manufacturer warrenty expired and the the modest cost to ease my mind is worth it. I can bring back to best buy Geek Squad and not have to deal with the manufacturer.

My husband bought me a sprocket HP handheld printer which I love! So i had to come back to get the 2-year geek squad protection plan! Better safe than sorry when it comes to new tech that you love!

When spending a great deal of money on a product you know there is always a chance of something not working the same as you originally bought it. Something breaks off. Nice knowing they will replace the item and no waiting

It is always worth spending the extra money for Geek Squad product replacement. I have never had a problem returning a product, and the service is always outstanding.
