We’ve never regretted the Geek Squad plan we got. Although we’ve only used it twice, it was very helpful not to have to pay for them solving a problem.

I probably will not need this service but it was a good deal and peace of mind is always good. The unit is excellent so probably won't need it serviced

This is the best service. I have no problems when something is not working just call or take it into a best buy store and it;s taken care of just like that. No hassells

I always buy the two year insurance with headphones. I use them every day and they seldom last more than 20 months or so before they begin to develop problems. Well worth the insurance to replace them .

Since purchasing the Geek Squad 2 yr. coverage with Webroot SecureAnywhere protection, none of my previous problems of picking up viruses here and there have disappeared. What do you get for the money? Peace of mind!

This is a great plan that will replace your item if it gets damaged past the point of repair, and they will also fix it if it breaks in the warrantied term. If it's something of higher value then this is a no brainer.

I've gotten into the habit of getting the Geek Squad protection on most purchases now. After having an XBox One and an expensive coffer maker die suddenly, the no hassle replacement makes this a no brainer.

We like the replacement policies. We are not techies and this is inexpensive insurance against our own foibles - of which we create for ourselves.

It's crazy how inexpensive these printers are. This one has great features and performs well. I haven't had any trouble with it. The ink usage doesn't seem to be excessive, and the cartridges are easy to install. I selected this model because it has two paper trays. I print on letterhead a lot, and this feature makes that easy, without having to switch out paper.

Bestbbuy replacement plants are the best peace of mind you can have for your Devices. With five kids you never know when somebody’s gonna break some thing!

Geek squad product is always a good investment as the quality of so many electronic devices is so poor these days.
