For someone who doesn't know much about computers, I'm glad that I have a support team behind me. They are truly & totally geeks. Everyone needs them.

The contractor came in and mounted my equipment and connected everything and made sure it all worked fine. He made sure we all knew how everything worked and was connected.

Bought a printer for my college student to put in his apartment, where something could more easily happen to it than in my own (adult) home. For $20, I have peace of mind for 2 years. Worth the price.

Geek Squad protection is awesome. When the printers are acting up, we bring them in and pick out a new one. Doesn't get better than that. We try to buy all our appliances there and get Geek Squad protection on everything.

I like have the Geek Squad protection. Because, I can be completely irresponsible and not take ownership for my actions with anything I buy. And they will replace it for me. not that I would ever do that.

Return my printer I purchase a protection plan, got replacement printer i was in and out in 10 minutes, great service. Geek squad service after duty hours. Thanks

Wouldn't be without it. If I have a problem with my product I call for help. If the problem still exists I take it in and it is either fixed or replaced.

Use the Geek Squad replacement on my headphones and printers, they were able to replace my broken products, no questions ask.

I love this product. It’s a nice book bag to carry all of your stuff in.

Haven’t had a chance to use the warranty. However, for the price, it does seem easy to use if you ever have to file a claim.

It’s nice that Best Buy offers this. I got it on some Bluetooth headphones I am required to use for a new job. Nice to know if they malfunction or break, I can get a new set from Best Buy right away.

I love that Best Buy has the Geek Squad product replacement for the simple fact I am in college and can't afford the extra surprise cost if you need something repaired. They help you with what ever you need help with.
