I bought the 2 year protection plan for a my passport. I am glad i did cause a few months after purchasing it my passport started acting up. They exchanged it with no problem and gave me a brand new one on the spot.

This printer works really well. Worth the crowd. I purchased the instant ink replacement package for $5 a month. My replacement was in the mail before I expected it. I have bragged about my printer to all my friends.

Hate having to buy protection plans, but they do protect you when your kids break stuff. Best Buy will replace with new, so you can let your kids use their stuff.

This small, external back up drive is perfect to protect your files. It was easy to set up and works well. Just wish that it had a monitor light indicator so you know when it is working. Very quiet.

Would recommend everyone gets the extra warranty. I had purchased it on a printer and the printer died before it’s time. Took it back with the extra warranty information and was given a brand new orintet

I always take the product replacement insurance on the big purchases I make. Why would you not spend a few dollars to insure that if something happens to your big ticket item it ill be repaired or replaced.

Life would be much more difficult without the Geeks and their services. If something goes awry we don’t have to worry because they will take care of it.
