Buying the replacement insurance for my headset is the best thing I've done because since I use my headset daily 8 hrs a day they can become worn and frayed and needs to be replaced in approximately one years time

Definitely would recommend buying insurance on any product bought from Best Buy, they have good return policies and terrible products.

I know most people don't get the protection plan such as myself, I splugered this time and it is absolutely worth it. Any program you buyou for your pc, drop it off here and they will install it withe no problem

This is a nice monitor and works good for what we needed . It has a great display and is easy to use . We got this for our son to use for gaming

I hear some pretty good things from some of my customer’s at work about geek squad. I bought the 2 year replacement because it was cheap, but haven’t had to use it yet.

I purchased this for a 13"2 Dell Inspiron PC without a disc drive for loading SW or playing CDs and DVDs. I always purchase Geek Squad product replacement as my experience has been excellent in the past.

Geek squad has already helped me through a couple of issues. Nothing wrong with equipment, just very confusing instructions. They helped me straighten the issues it in a few minutes. That already made it worth it.

I invested in the annual geek squad plan. I’ve used them repeatedly from installing my tv on the wall to security features around the house.

. . . Its a Good Value. My product stopped working and since I bought the replacement, I was able to walk out with another product. Note to the wise: Keep your original packaging, so they can scan the exact serial / barcode, and your replacement is more an exchange, and they can't low-ball the replacement value of your product.
