Called the Geek Squad, made an appointment, went to the store, exchanged the router, no problems what so ever. This was my First time using the Geek Squad Protection and it was an awesome experience.

I always purchase protection with Geek Squad. Anytime I’ve run into “operator errors” they are always patient and help me walk through to the end. Guys in store are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
