We have had geek squad on our laptop, and have had some issue with the laptop. GEEK Squad has help us out with the repairs in a timely manner. Our laptop work very well after the repairs were made.

If I’m being honest I did not use it but it came in free with my computer and that is good Incase something happened.

It's a little loud, but has a strong motor. Easy to use, no issues.

Sometimes it’s good to buy protection on your stuff because then you need to use it and can’t because you have no darn warranty

The rep explained the service contract well, and for the price it looked like a good deal. will update review if we ever use it.

It's great to have Geek protection to those product which are likely to have an issue with software. You never know when software stop working. I bought it and used it without any issue.

have only ever had one problem with the geek squad and that was years ago when they were first starting. They have knowledgable people, and they stand behind the protection replacement.

Had to use the service for a phone. Great customer service and my problem was taken care of and I haven't had anymore problems
