I have been a Best Buy customer for many years. I always buy Geek Squad protection. It’s so easy and hassle free to use should a product fail during the warranty period.

Hope I never have to use it. But I got it. I had a bad experience with Greek squad years ago but after ten years I decided to give them another chance hope I don’t regret it!!!

It's a great plan to get. I would get it on every product. It's well worth it.

Buying the plan will be the difference between being a happy or frustrated customer. BB will take care of you if you have a problem if you have the plan. If you don't you're on your own.

We thought this is a good idea because headphones get a lot of use and I heard that Best Buy has a no hassle exchange if anything goes wrong with them so thought it was worth it

the Geek Squad Product Replacement is worth it, not expensive, and a good guarantee for whatever happens in the future. mostly helpful for me since i bought it with Hard Drives.
