I first purchased geek squad on a different pc, I have children who like to download needless to say I got some viruses a few times; it was great being able to bring it to have it cleaned.

If I purchase anything that is a bit expensive, I normally get a 2 year Geek Squad warranty. It has paid for itself over and over again. From 65" TVs to small wearable technology.

I ended up returning the product but I have purchased this warranty for multiple products and I have even had to use it to get a product replaced and the process and service was excellent!

Geek Squad installers were very professional and installed and set-up new 55" TV and soundbar, etc. without any inconvenience to my household.

A good investment for the Brother laser printer for son at school. Printer stopped working and BestBuy replaced it with no problem.

The fact that I can bring another computer for a free check up was reason enough to say yes! I have a couple of laptops because of my work lifestyle so this was a total hook-up for me.

i only got this bcos the rep told me it is a replacement policy for 48months.. so more like insurance since protection is important., yoy never know what and when these machines stop working

Glad I got a 2 year protection plan. Just in case if I have any issues! Pretty good deal.

We always purchase the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement extended warranty on our electronics especially high end electronics.

They will either fix the issue with the device or they'll give you a new one up to the same value whether it's the same one or different.
